Free for collaborators

Contractors, suppliers, and invited external collaborators can create their own free ObservV account and access the work they're invited to. Your organization owns the subscription, data, and billing. Their activity uses your storage and bandwidth, but adding people never adds a per-person fee.

Common questions

Is the $1 month full access?
Yes. Your first month includes full access to ObservV and the same data allowance as the standard subscription. You only pay extra if you use more than the included storage or bandwidth.
Can I really add unlimited people?
Yes. ObservV does not charge per person. Add as many members, contractors and suppliers as you need. Your price only changes if you use more storage or bandwidth.
What happens if I use more than the included data?
You only pay for the extra storage or bandwidth you use, at the rates shown above.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. There is no lock-in or cancellation fee.
Do contractors and suppliers need their own account?
Yes. Invited collaborators use their own free ObservV account, so their photos and activity are correctly attributed. They do not pay to access the properties or projects they are invited to.
Who pays for data added by collaborators?
The subscribing organization owns the photos uploaded to its account and pays for the storage and bandwidth they use. Collaborators are not billed separately for those uploads.
